Welcome to the Duluth Fall Festival Volunteer Sign-up page! We are glad that you are here. We hope that you find volunteering for the Festival a rewarding experience, making you feel a part of the Duluth community, and developing life-long friendships. Before you sign up for any volunteer activities, do the following:

• Be sure that you meet the specified Festival Age Requirements
• Read and understand the Festival Liability Waiver

Age Requirements

18 years of age or over

Important: Individuals younger than 18 years of age must be sponsored by a Volunteer Coordinator, and should not sign up through this online site

Liability Waiver

I have read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this waiver, and I understand that this waiver creates a binding contract between me (the "Volunteer"), and the Duluth Fall Festival. The Volunteer hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Festival and its personnel, the City of Duluth (the “City”), all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing, or in any other way participating in the Duluth Fall Festival, from any loss, expense, liability, claim, damage, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from the Volunteer’s involvement or presence, or that of any employee, contractor, or other personnel under the direction of the Volunteer, at the Duluth Fall Festival. The Volunteer hereby agrees that all disputes arising or relating to this agreement with the Duluth Fall Festival, Inc. will be adjudicated solely in binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia with an arbitrator selected by Duluth Fall Festival, Inc., and that the sole venue for disputes regarding this arbitration provision shall be the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
